This publicly avaliable database contains the service life data for all major pieces of HVAC equipment. Both lists and summaries of this service life data are available in the Service Life Data Query and can be customized to match specific criteria including:
- State
- Building Function (Office, Warehouse, etc...)
- Size in sf
- Building age
- Height (in stories)
- BOMA Class
